Where to find available property information…

In case you missed it, Mondays with Martens this week covered how you can stay up-to-date with all of our listings.

From NAI Martens President Tom Johnson

Commercial real estate marketing has evolved from simple building signage to sophisticated multi-channel campaigns. In the 1900’s, real estate marketing was simple: get the passer-by’s interest with an eye catching sign. In the 1920s-50s print ads became widespread. By the 1960s and into 1990s, the scattergun approach evolved into more database-led,  targeted direct marketing approaches. While these techniques are still used today in one form or another, they have been augmented by the internet as it matured from the 1990s to the early 2000s. Today, the rise of online commercial real estate tools has led to a dramatic shift in the way companies and individuals search for space. NAI Martens has made it a part of our mission to stay on the leading edge of changes in how property is showcased. Over the last few months, there have been a number of new opportunities emerge and our use of these new tools is summarized as follows.

Where to find available property information…

NAI Martens continues to market all of our available properties at our website www.naimartens.com/properties. Additionally, all of our premium listings are still on www.loopnet.com and our  properties for sale can be found at www.crexi.com.

RSCK Commercial Information Exchange

To further expand the accessibility of property information, NAI Martens, along with the majority of other CRE firms in the Wichita market, have worked with the Realtors of South Central Kansas MLS to develop a Commercial Information Exchange to be launched in April.  This comprehensive property website, accessible by the public, will be another significant marketing tool to ensure that timely and accurate information on our client’s properties are reaching the broadest possible audience.
